Instructions for abstract submission

Congress participants are invited to submit abstracts for either an oral or poster presentation under one of the covered Congress topics.

The abstract must be typed online through the user’s registration form. The text should not exceed 2000 symbols, including spaces.

Please note that if you exceed the limit of 2000 symbols (including spaces), the text will be cut and will not be complete. The abstract should be submitted only in English regardless of the presentation language.

If it is necessary to make corrections to the submitted abstract, don’t hesitate to contact the Organizing Committee by e-mail.

An author may submit only one abstract as a first author, but it will be possible to appear as a co-author on other abstracts. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and should contain information from each part of the main text – introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions. There is no need for references to appear in the abstract.

The abstract submission is extended until June 30th, 2022!

The abstract selection results will be announced by July 22nd, 2022!

The authors of the approved abstracts are invited to submit full text by October 1st, 2022 (no extension of the deadline will be provided)!

The full-text submission will be possible only after receiving the payment of the Congress fee. The deadline for Congress fee payment is October 10th, 2022!
